Provided the goods you have ordered are in stock we aim to dispatch them within two working days. Occasionally this may be longer if we require security authorisation from your payment provider or at particularly busy times.  Or if your item is being brought in from our European warehouse - in which case despatch can be delayed by 10 days

 

If there is a delay in dispatching your order we will contact you, by email on the same or next working day

£12 (approx. $14) for all smaller items like gloves, tshirts, bits, spurs, stocks

£25 (approx. $30) for other clothing like showjackets, breeches, safety helmets

£65 (approx. $76) for Konig and Petrie boots, saddlepads

Delivery time for both the above options takes around 10-12 working days from despatch.  We use british Royal Mail and all our parcels are tracked.

You will have the option to have your order shipped by express courier – 3-5 days.  This is an extra £20 and is an express premium service.

All our deliveries are sent tracked and recorded with insurance. Once your parcel has been dispatched, you will be sent the tracking information. In the rare case your parcel goes missing, please note we must wait 30 working days from dispatch to contact Royal Mail for further information, this timeframe is set entirely at the discretion of Royal Mail and regrettably we cannot change it. If your parcel was sent with DHL Express, we may be able to request investigation sooner depending on the circumstances.

In the unlucky event your Royal Mail standard shipping item is lost, we aim to conclude all claims within 30 business days.  We don’t have any control over the Royal Mail timeline but we are always very vigilant to solve delivery issues.

 

As the size and weight of our items varies significantly we may on occasions request additional shipping fees on international orders. This will be done with your consent and we will not take any further payments after the item has been sent. If, when you are contacted, you do not wish to pay the additional shipping cost then a full refund will be offered. This will only happen on rare occasions when orders are significantly heavy or large.
