Refund policy

RETURNS POLICY
Goods are supplied to you on unconditional approval. If they do not meet with your requirement, we will undertake to replace the item or refund the cost (less postage). Returned goods must be unsoiled and unused, including tags, and in a resaleable condition. Bridles will be subject to a 20% restocking charge if returned marked so try on without buckling straps! Any other special orders that are not easily resaleable unusual Mattes sheepskin coloured products or OS bridles in unusual colours will also be subject to a 20% restocking charge.

Goods will not be refunded if not returned within 21 days. We strongly suggest a Certificate of Posting is obtained as this allows us to claim should the goods be lost or damaged in transit.

FAULTY PRODUCTS
Goods becoming damaged in your opinion through defective material or poor workmanship should be returned for our inspection immediately, and if necessary the item may have to be returned to the manufacturer for testing. In these cases 28 days must be allowed for the manufacturer to comment and get back to ourselves. At this point the manufacturer may rectify the goods if they have been already used, or may replace. Under no circumstances should items be continued to be used when damaged, as you would have been deemed to have accepted the goods in their damaged condition. Postage fees will be reimbursed for justified claims.

Any goods which do not meet with your expectations must be returned to us within 14 days of receipt in an unused, undamaged and unsoiled condition with the original tags. The only time this will not be possible is if it is a customised product such as boots or a made to measure bridle, or if the item is a sale item. If you do want to exchange or refund the item, please ensure it is sent back to us within the 14 days. If a refund is required a full refund will be given less any external charges incurred which will be the original postage fee.

CUSTOMISED PRODUCTS
Customised products and special “non stock” items that are specifically ordered are non-returnable. A refund cannot be given on sale items, but they can be exchanged for other items.

RETURNS FROM OVERSEAS
When returning an item from outside the UK please specify on the packaging and on any customs documentation that your parcel is a return otherwise customs charges may occur. The return will be credited when the returned goods have been received by us, except for international returns made via DHL, FedEx, TNT, UPS, etc. which will be credited after 45 days due to possible charges from these carriers against the receiver .

EXCHANGES
If you would like to exchange or replace the products, please put in a note with the returned parcel, specifying whether you would like a refund, or that you would like the goods replaced with a different colour or size.

YOUR RIGHTS
